Top 2 Detoxes to Clear Drainage Pathways

Detoxing can feel like a drastic process, especially for someone who is early on in a health journey or dealing with a health challenge. With the number of different detoxes found online, it can be overwhelming to know where to start, which one will help achieve the results you want, or even if a particular detox is safe.

And here’s the truth: a lot of detox protocols aren’t safe or effective at actually removing toxins.

The Common Mistake Most Detoxes Make

Is that they don’t eliminate waste from the body. Most detoxes have too isolated of a focus and aren’t properly supported to remove toxins once mobilized.

For any detox to be effective, the body’s drainage pathways have to be cleared of toxins, waste, and pathogens. Clearing out the body’s drainage system includes clearing out the gallbladder, liver, kidneys, colon, skin, brain and lymphatics. Fortunately, there are detoxes to target opening up these drainage systems.

Infrared Sauna Restores Cellular Health

Traditional saunas heat the air first, meaning it takes more time and higher heat to raise the body’s core temperature and achieve cellular detox. The higher temperatures of traditional saunas often make it an unsafe practice for select ages and people with particular health challenges.

More recently, infrared saunas have grown in popularity. It’s been found that infrared saunas are more effective at heating your body than traditional saunas. The infrared lamps use electromagnetic radiation to warm your body not the air. Many people find that, because of the lower air temperature, they can remain in an infrared sauna for an extended period.

Infrared Saunas are a more effective method of detox than traditional saunas. Increasing the core temperature of the body causes sweating which is one of the body’s most natural and effective means for clearing out the drainage pathways of the skin – the body’s largest drainage pathway. One path to flushing out toxins in the lymphatic system is through skin’s drainage pathway.

This study found that with “the far-infrared thermal system only 80 to 85% of the sweat is water with the non-water portion being principally cholesterol, fat-soluble toxins, toxic heavy metals, sulfuric acid, sodium, ammonia, and uric acid.”

Infrared saunas are an extremely effective way to detox the body and aid in achieving real cellular healing.

Providing Immense Health Benefits

The type of targeted heat produced by infrared sauna, aids in healing and repairing numerous systems in the body. Incorporating sauna into a healing protocol will lead to:

  • Improved circulation and blood pressure
  • Better quality of sleep
  • Healthier skin
  • Less chronic fatigue
  • Relief from muscle and joint pain
  • Weight loss
  • Decreased inflammation
  • Detoxification

Optimize Health Benefits from Sauna

The great news about the less-extreme heat of the infrared sauna is that it’s generally safe for adults, children and chronically ill individuals. However, be sure to consult your healthcare practitioner and the sauna manufacturer’s contraindications before implementing sauna into your regimen

Ease into it. I recommend starting with 10-15 minute sessions at a lower temperature (100-110 degrees Fahrenheit) depending on the type of sauna and manufacturer you have. Over time you will become more acclimated to and tolerant of the heat and will be able to slowly increase the time you spend in the sauna as well as the temperature.

Staying hydrated is vital with infrared usage. Even though it may not seem like you are exerting a lot of energy sitting in a sauna, your body is working hard to detox, and as the body flushes out waste and toxins, you need to replenish and support these newly cleared systems. Before and after each sauna session take two Cellcore Biotoxin Binder capsules and increase the amount of hydrating fluids you consume.

If you’re focusing on removing heavy metal toxins, adding glutathione support before the sauna session promotes the production of bile produced by the liver. Heavy metal toxins bind to bile and can be safely flushed out once the drainage pathways are clear.

What you do before and after the sauna can increase your detox results. Always towel off sweat or immediately take a cold shower for greater thermogenic effects.

Remember, opening up the drainage pathways is key to building a strong foundation for repairing and restoring cellular function. Sauna focuses on clearing toxins from the skin and opening up the path to the lymphatics but needs to be done in combination with other protocols to open all drainage systems in the body.

Coffee Enemas Support Colon and Liver Function

An unhealthy colon causes the build-up of waste, and that waste build up creates an environment for toxins and intestinal parasites to stay in the body. Coffee Enema is a therapy that can be done in-home to flush out waste and toxins from the colon and ultimately restore colon function.

Alternative therapies for cleaning out the colon need to be performed by a medical professional, and unlike a coffee enema, they don’t offer the added benefit of supporting liver detox.

The liver is responsible for regulating hormone levels and detoxification. When the liver becomes overloaded from bile build up, toxins no longer leave the body, hormones become unbalanced, and the immune system suffers. All this ultimately causes symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, a less active metabolism, and pain.

The Restorative Antioxidants in Coffee

Coffee contains caffeine and antioxidants that increase natural detox in the body. The main reason coffee enemas are so effective is that coffee contains palmitic acid. Palmitates stimulate the production of an enzyme in the liver called glutathione and transferase that makes glutathione, an antioxidant that boosts the immune system and aids in detoxification.

Drinking coffee doesn’t produce the same benefits of a coffee enema for a couple of reasons. When ingested orally, the caffeine in coffee negatively affects the adrenal glands whereas it does not impact the adrenal glands when administered through an enema. Also, during digestion, the palmitic acid, the compound that stimulates glutathione production, is broken down and used up before it reaches the liver.

Always consult a health professional before incorporating a new health protocol, but for most people, coffee enemas are safe to do once a week. For those who are health challenged, we usually start incorporating coffee enemas two-three times a week. A coffee enema will mobilize a lot of toxins. It’s critical to use binders before and after the coffee enema to prevent re-circulation.
